Secure payment
At Sweet Apple, every online payment is processed in a secure environment. MB WAY, Multibanco and Payshop payments are handled by SIBS, the operator of the Multibanco network in Portugal.
Encrypted connection
The whole store runs over HTTPS with an SSL certificate. Everything you enter during checkout travels encrypted between your browser and our servers.
Your card details never reach us
Card payments are handled directly by the financial provider. Sweet Apple never collects or stores card numbers or security codes.
Payment methods
- MB WAY — instant payment from your phone.
- Multibanco reference — pay at any ATM or through your online banking.
- Payshop — pay in cash at any Payshop agent across the country.
- Visa and Mastercard — credit and debit.
- Klarna — pay in instalments, on the terms shown at checkout.
- Bank transfer — details are shown at the end of checkout. Orders are prepared once payment clears.
- Cash — at the counter, in our shop in Benedita.
After payment
You receive an email confirmation as soon as payment is validated. Orders ship within two working days via CTT with tracking. Shipping is free on orders above €50 to mainland Portugal and the Portuguese islands.
