1- These general conditions of sale are agreed between Primavera Relaxante Unipessoal Lda, with registered office at Rua Monges de Cister S/N - Centro Comercial Neomaquina 2475-131 Benedita, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Alcobaça, with the Registration number and Company Identification Number 509 610 536, with a share capital of €15,000, hereinafter referred to as "Sweet Apple" and people who make purchases through the Sweet Apple Website - www.sweetapple.pt hereinafter referred to as "User", being the User.

Purchases made through this website are governed only by these general conditions of sale to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the Website or by prior express and written agreement.

Sweet Apple may, at any time and without prior notice, modify its general conditions, so the User must re-read them each time they visit the Sweet Apple website.

The purpose of these general sales conditions is to provide and define the necessary information for the user and regulate all the steps necessary to make a purchase, return or order.

6- Make purchases

Purchases are made using the "Add to cart" button on each product page. As soon as you click on it, the product is added to your shopping cart, which you can always access on the right side of your page under "View cart in detail". After choosing the products, you must then follow the "View the cart in detail", where you can delete products or rectify quantities, and then you must "Finalize" your order through the respective link, where you will confirm it. Confirmation will arrive by email, accompanied by the order number. After these steps, you will be provided with details to make the payment according to the method you chose.

7- Deliveries

Sweet Apple undertakes to make every possible effort to ensure that orders are delivered within the deadline stipulated on the website, starting from the business day following confirmation of receipt of payment, unless otherwise written.

Limited stock or personalized products may have delivery times that differ from those generally announced on the website.

In the case of unavailability of the item and if payment has already been made, the customer will be contacted by a sales representative via telephone or email, to agree whether they wish to wait for the item in question, make an exchange for another item in stock, or receive reimbursement of the payment amount, within a maximum period of 15 days, without penalties for any of the parties involved.

Sweet Apple cannot be held responsible, in any way, for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from delays in deliveries or the unavailability of ordered items.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

8- Exchanges and/or Returns

Exchanges of items will be accepted within 14 days of receipt.

The exchange can be made in store or by sending the items by CTT to the

, always accompanied by the respective purchase invoice.

The exchange will be accepted if the items are in the condition in which they left the store, which will be evaluated and communicated to the customer within 2 business days (as a rule).

An exchange must be for one or more items that have a value equal to or greater than the purchase made.

If the exchange value is higher than the purchase price, you will have to pay the remaining balance.

The return of a payment to the customer will always be made using the same payment method used in the order.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted if:

- The articles are altered by your authorship;

- The articles are damaged;

- The articles are personalized for you;

- 14 days have already passed after taking possession of the items.

- The value of the item to be returned is higher than the value of the new item chosen (in case of exchanges)

9- Payment

Orders can be paid via bank transfer, PayPal or ATM.

10- Change

You can make changes to orders through the contact area, always mentioning the order number. If the order has already been shipped, it will be impossible to make changes.

11 - After-Sales and Warranty Services

All products covered by the manufacturer's warranty are identified in their characteristics.

The guarantee is provided by the respective brand of the item. In case of damage or defect to the item, the customer must go to the Sweet Apple store with the item in question, its warranty and purchase invoice.

After the warranty period has expired, Sweet Apple will continue to provide Technical Assistance. When a repair involves costs for the customer, it will only proceed after acceptance of the quote by the customer.

The customer can ask questions through the "After-Sales Assistance" area on the website's main menu, through one of the alternative contact methods indicated on the website, or by going to the Sweet Apple store.

12- Notes

The appearance of products may vary from the images contained on our website. The description and characteristics of products may vary without prior notice. Customers with pending orders will be notified in the event of an error or product change.

13- Skills

For the resolution of any dispute between the parties involved, where the store owner appears as an intervening party, the jurisdiction of the District Court of Alcobaça, Portugal, prevails.
